This policy describes the processing of personal data of the Users (“Users”) of the Arcioni Firm website. (“the Firm”) (www.studioarcioni.it: the “Website”).

2-DATA COLLECTED – Data provided by Users
The personal data collected by the Website are the data provided by Users by filling in any forms found on the Website, or by sending a request to the addresses indicated on the Website.
The data collected includes identification and contact data of Users (e.g. name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number), personal data included in communications and requests sent to the Firm, as well as additional data required to respond to and execute specific requests of Users.
We recommend that Users provide only data that are up-to-date, relevant and not exceeding the specific purposes of the processing. Should Users need to provide third-party data, they are reminded to comply with the legal requirements on the protection of personal data and, in particular, to inform third parties adequately and promptly of the provision of their data to the Firm and of the characteristics of the processing.
Any unnecessary data will be immediately deleted or anonymised.

3- PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data of Users of the Website (“Data”) may be processed for the following purposes:
1. Executing the existing professional mandate.
2. Fulfilling legal obligations or regulations in force in Italy.
3. Responding to requests that Users may send to the contact details available on the Website.
The legal basis for this processing is the need to execute pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at the User’s request, and to fulfil the related legal obligations.
The Data may also be processed to manage Users’ registration for events.
The Data collected by filling in the registration form for events advertised on the Website (name and surname, company, e-mail address) will be processed for the User’s participation in the requested event.
The events may be organised and/or sponsored by the Firm, also in cooperation with third parties, or may involve the participation of the Firm’s professionals as speakers.

– in the event that the User participates in events and/or activities organised and/or sponsored (also) by parties other than the Firm, to the said third parties who will act, unless otherwise indicated, as autonomous controllers.
The provision of the Data is necessary to complete registration for the event: therefore, in the event of refusal or failure to provide the required Data, it will not be possible to participate in the event.

4- PROCESSING METHODS
The Data are collected and recorded in a lawful and correct manner for the purposes indicated above and will be processed by manual and computerised means by personnel and collaborators of the Firm and/or Third Parties expressly appointed as processors, and to whom the Firm has given detailed operating instructions with particular reference to the adoption of adequate technical and organisational security measures.
The Data may be processed by means of insertion and organisation in databases, in compliance with the provisions of current legislation on security measures and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data.
The Data will not be disclosed to parties other than those mentioned above, nor will they be disseminated.
